NEW ORDERS: New orders placed now will be completed in three to five weeks.

Welcome to Gull Cottage Quilting!

Please be assured that the love and care which you have already devoted to your quilt will be continued here, as I help you create a beautifully finished piece.

For those who are new to machine quilting, let me take a moment to explain what we're all about.

Long Arm Quilting ServicesFor decades, individual quilters labored for months or years, or relied on quilting bees, to produce fine quality finished quilts. Although these methods are still in use, many quilt lovers are too busy with work, home, and recreational activities to devote the time needed to finish their pieces.

Enter machine quilting. Professional machine quilters, using state-of-the-art, high precision machinery, can accomplish in just a few hours the amount of work which took weeks to achieve by hand - with consistently high quality and at reasonable cost.

The quilting I do on my Gammill Classic Plus machine is entirely hand-guided. Sometimes I follow patterns, or use templates. At other times, the stitching is freehand. I strive always to improve my skills and fuel my creativity, and would be pleased to bring my enthusiasm and love of quilts to your personal project.
